Placing orders, online or otherwise, agree to be bound by BeyondMicro Inc procedures and policies set forth at BeyondMicro.com web site and described on this page as well as all other BeyondMicro Inc pages, namely: Policies and Procedures, Warranty Information, Return Merchandise Authorization, Customer Service, Technical Support and Product Problem Forms and others. All BeyondMicro Inc policies are strictly enforced. The customer acknowledges hereby all responsibility to review these policies prior to purchasing product from BeyondMicro Inc and agrees to be bound by said policies and procedures when making purchases of product from BeyondMicro Inc. Automatic Credit Card Authorization: Credit Card orders will be automatically authorized so you can see the status of your billing and will be charged within 24 hours before product is shipped. Credit Card Orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit Card orders may only be shipped to the billing address unless the following requirement is met: A shipping address different from the billing address must be registered with your credit card company and must be verifiable by BeyondMicro. To add an alternate shipping address, simply call the number on your credit card and request that the address be added to your records.
Credit Card orders will be pre-authorized for the sales amount. Charges will only be applied within 24hr of shipment. Customers who wish to cancel their order after the order has been charged are subject to a 10% Charge-Back fee. BeyondMicro Inc. reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone.
Government, School, Business Purchase Orders:
Government, school, and business purchase orders are welcome, but are limited to the payment terms noted in this section (Pre Payment Only) unless specified otherwise by and BeyondMicro agent.
Wire Transfers:

BeyondMicro Inc. accepts wire transfer payment. For further information contact credit@BeyondMicro.com.

Phone Orders:

Orders placed over the telephone will be charged an additional $5 processing fee. We encourage ordering online because it is faster, more convenient and protected by the industry standard e-commerce secure encryption technology. Shipping:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated via the Online Ordering System. You will be able to view all shipping costs prior to finalizing your order. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must go UPS 2nd Day Air or Overnight. Additional shipping costs will be added to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will be emailed with the new shipping costs before any orders will be shipped out. All orders shipping outside of the USA will also be contacted regarding the shipping costs. We ship UPS for all Next Day, 2nd Day, and COD orders. USPS and UPS 3Day and Ground service is also available. Items damaged in shipping will be handled as per our RMA policy. For any shipment that is refused, we reserve the right to assess a $25.00 handling charge.
Product Handling Problems:

· Freight Damage: Please fill out this form if your order has been damaged in shipping. All freight damage claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of the shipment. In addition, you must retain all packing materials (original shipping box with damage) for examination by carrier (UPS, FEDEX, USPS).

· Wrong Product Shipped: Please fill out this form if we shipped you the wrong product. All wrong product claims must be made within 7 days form receipt of the shipment. Pleas save all manufacture packaging for return to BeyondMicro Inc along with all associated manuals, software or firmware. Failure to return these items may delay a replacement.

· Missing or Wrong Quantity Shipped: Please fill out this form if you received an order, which is missing items, or has the wrong quantity of an item. All claims in this category must be made within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

· Overdue Shipment: Please complete this form if you have not received your order or its tracking number in a timely fashion. Such claims for overdue orders should be made only after the scheduled delivery date posted on the UPS, FEDEX, & USPS tracking pages. Pricing & Customer Privacy Policies Price: All BeyondMicro Inc published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without prior notice and BeyondMicro Inc. cannot be held liable for typographical errors, which may occur. Published prices do not include shipping, handling or insurance. Customer Privacy Policy: All information furnished by customers to BeyondMicro Inc. during the order process, is held strictly confidential, for use by BeyondMicro Inc. only. Absolutely no customer information is sold to any third party. However, BeyondMicro Inc does, from time to time, use opt-in email to notify customers of new products or special pricing. Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a prompt replacement or refund at your discretion. Please note, however, that returns are subject to the limitations. BeyondMicro Inc does NOT guarantee product compatibility of items purchased separate from configured computer systems. Before returning any item, you must obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number within (30) days of your invoice date. An "RMA" is valid for 15 days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please DO NOT write on the outside of the manufacture packaging. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. RMA Guidelines: · All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, which is the date of the invoice issued to the customer with the purchase. Thereafter products must be returned directly to the manufacture unless other noted in the BeyondMicro Inc description of the specific product to be returned.

· Shipping and return shipping and handling charges are not refundable or reimbursable by BeyondMicro Inc for any RMA and customer is responsible for all RMA shipping expenses (unless otherwise stated). They should be shipped to BeyondMicro Inc freight prepaid. COD shipments will not be accepted. Packages should be insured for the total cost of the package. BeyondMicro Inc will not replace products lost in shipping or those returned with physical damage.

· All items returned for credit must be in "as new" condition, in original manufacture packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies will result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. Returns for credit are subject to a 20% OR $20 RESTOCKING fee, whichever is greater.

· Removal of identification stickers, labels or stamps on the product itself voids all warranties.

· Special order items may only be returned for a replacement (no return for Credit Allowed).
Return Options:

Return for Replacement: Return for Replacement is available for all products, products which are out of production will be repaired by the manufacturer. This may take up to 4 weeks. The following conditions apply.

· Please fill out and submit the RMA Form. We will respond to your email with an RMA number.

· Return the RMA item in original manufacture packaging, securely wrapped or boxed for shipment, with the RMA number written clearly on the outside of the shipping package to the following address:

· Include a copy of the original invoice in the package, along with a description of the reason for the return.

· Upon receiving the RMA package, BeyondMicro Inc. will cover UPS Ground shipping to return the replacement/repaired item to the customer. Most products will be returned within 48 hr of receiving the RMA package; however, depending on current availability, some products may require a 3-6 week replacement time.
Cross-Ship Return: A Cross-Ship is not available for all products. Upon receiving a Cross-Ship request BeyondMicro Inc. will notify you if the RMA product is available for cross- shipping. A Cross-Ship will allow BeyondMicro Inc. to ship a replacement product to the customer before actually receiving the RMA product from the customer. The following conditions apply.

· Please fill out and submit the RMA Form. Select Cross-Ship.

· Upon receiving the request for Cross-Ship, BeyondMicro Inc. will notify you if the Cross-Ship is available. If so the customer will be able to select the method of shipment for the replacement product.

· The customer is responsible for all shipping charges occurred for the Cross-Ship. As a matter of procedure the customer's credit card will be "Book Charged" for the amount of the replacement product. A "Book Charge" allows BeyondMicro to obtain an approval for the amount of the replacement item, but not settle on the funds. If the returning RMA is not received within 15 days of the RMA date of issue, the customers "Book Charge" will be converted to a "Sale" and the funds will be collected by I BeyondMicro Inc.

· Return the RMA item in original manufacture packaging, securely wrapped or boxed for shipment, with the RMA number written clearly on the outside of the shipping package to the following address:

· Upon receiving the RMA package, BeyondMicro Inc. will delete the "Book Charge" amount.
Return For Credit: A return for credit is available for the first 30 days after the date of sale only.
Please fill out and submit RMA Form, and indicate that you wish a return for Credit. All non-defective products returned will incur a 20% or $20 (whichever is greater) restocking fee.

· Upon receiving the RMA request for Credit, BeyondMicro Inc. will notify you with the RMA number.

· Return the RMA item in original manufacture packaging, securely wrapped or boxed for shipment, with the RMA number written clearly on the outside of the shipping package to the following address:

· Upon receiving the RMA Return for Credit, BeyondMicro Inc. will credit the customer for the product, minus any applicable restock fees. Oem Cpu and Memmory carry 30days warrenty only. Tech Support: We take pride in the fact that all customers of BeyondMicro Inc. receive no less than exceptional support for products purchased from BeyondMicro Inc. Most technical problems can be easily resolved by simply reading the product manuals shipped with many of our products and also by reviewing the manufacturers tech support updates available on-line at the specific URL's shown on our Manufacturers web sites and tech support numbers page. They generally offer the fastest and most effective solutions to tech questions. Online email support allows our personnel time to research, diagnose, and offer a solution to the problem. All emails are responded to within 48hrs of receipt, please include you Name, Order Number, and be as specific and technical about the problem you're having. Warranty: All products are sold with the full manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Backorders: At BeyondMicro Inc, we automatically update our on-line product catalog daily to ensure our customers the most up-to-date products, pricing and technical information. Due to the popularity of some products we may not always have an item in stock. We gladly accept orders for out-of-stock items. As soon as product becomes available your order will be shipped the same day via shipping method of your choice.
